Providing care and training for 30 plus horses is no easy task. Cindi is fortunate to have two highly experienced assistant trainers, Tammy Pratt Paparella and Brittany Murphy, who are both professionals in their own right, looking to further their training and education under Cindi's watchful eye. You can read a little more about their backgrounds below!
Tammy Pratt Paparella is a USDF Bronze Medalist, and has competed through the PSG level. She has audited many educational programs to further her knowledge and understanding of Dressage, and has also demo rode in USDF Judges programs. She has owned and operated her own breeding farm for many years, where she honed her young horse skills, raising many youngsters from birth to their first steps under saddle. Tammy's current mount is Ana Capri, whom Tammy bred. She has trained and competed her beautiful golden Olivier daughter at PSG, scoring 66+ from an FEI I Judge their first time at the level together! Tammy and "Pri" are currently training Grand Prix, and demonstrate huge talent for Piaffe, Passage, and pirouettes. In 2018 Tammy has also competed the Westfalen mare "Fiona", owned by Maridee Feeherry, at the PSG level with scores as high as 65 percent. .
Rosebrook Farm Grand Prix trainer in residence, Cindi Wylie, is a unique combination of education, achievement, and dedication, seldom seen in the upper levels of dressage these days. She has a passion for knowledge, and takes her education very seriously. The result is a rider who has produced champions at all levels of the sport. She happily works with both pleasure riders as well as competitive ones. Her only requirement is your willingness to learn! She continually pursues her education through both instructor and judges programs, and also volunteers her free time the the USDF so that she can "give back" to the discipline that's given her so much. To this end, she currently serves as Chairperson for the USDF GMO committee. The GMO committee helps provide support for the local USDF Group Member Organizations nationwide, in hopes of helping them grow in numbers by providing both organizational support as well as educational programs for them to utilize.
Brittany Murphy is a USDF Bronze medalist who has worked extensively with Young Horses both on the ground and under saddle. Brittany has competed under saddle through Fourth Level. Prior to joining the Rosebrook Team, she trained extensively with Barend Heilbron, an FEI Trainer from Holland.
